Subiect: Electrophoretic studies of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase and lactate dehydrogenase on the Drosophila melanogaster with experimental resistance to DDT
The enzymes amine oxidase, DOPA oxidase and peroxidase was studied the sensibil ian resistant strain of Drosophila melanogaster.
Multiple fonnes of soluble enzymes were detected on the acrylamide gel electrophoresis, at throughout studied enzymes. Homogenates an the z·imogrames of the IDDT resistant strain of D. melanogaster were tested and higher iso enzymatic activity and apparition of the supplementary isoenzimaitic bands.
