Subiect: The Princely Church from Piteşti Until 1848 After its consecration, the Princely Church from Piteşti remains an important institution for the medieval urban community. It is situated right in the centre of the historical centre of the town. It owns shops and consequently it represents an important economical factor. It is also a real educational factor for the town as long as it has a school, too. After the church caught fire in 1848, it needed new solutions in order to survive in a town which was in a continuous development.
