Subiect: The Foundation of the Collective Agricultural Household ”23 August” from the Commune Negraşi, Costeşti Raion, Argeş Region, and the Activity in the First Years of Its existence The paper presents the beginning of the collectivization in the commune Negraşi, from Costeşti Raion, Argeş Region. During a large briefing of the Central Committee of the Romanian Labourist Party (3-5 March 1949) the socialist transformation of the Romanian agriculture following the Sovietic pattern was decided. In Negraşi commune Collective Agricultural Household ”23 August” was founded on August 9, 1959.
