  • Subiect: Leader & Epoch In a historical context based on a debate focused on leadership, especially on its lack or on its inadequate manifestation, the paper proposes a moment of reflection upon the connection between the main features of a leader & his historical times. The question the author tries to give an answer to is the following: the mixture of essential characteristics necessary for an efficient practicing of the power - in informal human communities or in well structured organizations – is determined in a decisive manner by a strictly defined historical moment, or could we identify features having a universal character? The comparative analyses of the fundamental features of the leaders, as they are presented in the papers of some important authors, offered the possibility to reach some interesting conclusions.
