  • Subiect: Protestant Churches & Schools in Piteşti in the Second Half of the 19th Century In Piteşti, a town of Wallachia, as well as in others localities people of other ethnicity & religions came from abroad. In the 19th century, these communities (Calvinists, Lutherans, and Gregorians) built churches and schools in the proximity of these churches. Today, only two of the three churches (those of the Lutheran & Armenian communities) still exist.
