Bisericuţa din Albac reamplasată la Florica - Ştefăneşti la iniţiativa lui Ion I. C. Brătianu, preludiu la Marea Unire din anul 1918

  • Subiect: The Church from Albac Relocated to Florica - Ştefăneşti Due to Ion I. C. Bratianu, Predicting the Great Union From 1918 In 1907, Ion C Bratianu makes a trip to Albac and together with Horea's church parishioners, decides to relocate the church from Albac, a symbol of unity of all Romanian people, to Florica Stefanesti. During the year 1908, the church is brought to its new location, event that predicts the Great Union from 1918. During the communist regime, the church from Albac is relocated to Olanesti, being saved from destruction. In its place is brought the bust of the Greek communist leader Nikos Beloiannis (1916-1952), monument that has no important significance for the Romanian people, meanwhile relocated in front of the Greek Community headquarter in Pitesti.
