I.C. Brătianu şi contururile unei laturi oculte

  • Subiect: After helping the German prince Charles de Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen to establish his reign in Romania (1866), I.C. Brătianu became one of his closest politicians and confidents. The radical liberal I.C. Brătianu acquired a great political power and influence and he took many discriminatory decisions concerning the Jews and the local authorities which weren't loyal to him. According to the French diplomats accredited in Romania, in order to expand his influence all over the country he created secret groups of people who listened to his orders and decisions. These secret orders were similar to francmason organizations and they were created after the refusal of him being accepted in the Great Orient of France.
