• Subiect: After resuming the parliamentary activity in its new structure, made as a result of the June's elections 1910, the Romanian nationalist deputies Vasile Damian, Teodor Mihaly, Alexandru Vaida-Voevod, Nicolae Şerban şi Ştefan Cicio-Pop continue their involvement in the debates displayed in the Hungarian legislative body. They participated to the debates about budget's, indemnity the recruits' problem, and the problem of the answer to the imperial message, the economical convention with Romania. It also produced the abuses which were made in the electoral campaign, the nationalities' problem, which was not solved, the delay for the universal vote. The Romanian deputy from Arad Ştefan Cicio-Pop approached from the parliament's tribune subjects strictly tied to the project of civil procedure, the negotiations which took place with the Romanian governors all along 1910, the Romanians' life conditions from Apuseni Mountains, he criticizes the lacks met at county level, the nepotism and the monopoly exerted over the counties' decision of the civil servants category, he struggles against the decision of the Greek-Catholic bishopric foundation of Hajudorog, the content of the new electoral law from 1913 and the action of redistribution of electoral circumscriptions.
