Iniţiativa imperială în construcţiile militare din Dacia romană

  • Subiect: Concerning military activities, the way in which the emperor exercised his authority was extremely important. In the same time his authority manifested in provinces. The first manager might be the province governor or other military commander, upon them all there was the imperial initiative. It was not a hierarchical extent but a unique command, carried out by his representatives from different levels of provincial army.
