Contribuţia HCM 308/1953 la creşterea suprafeţelor de teren destinate formelor de agricultură socialistă. Cazul raionului Beclean

  • Subiect: During the collectivization process of the Romanian agriculture an important point was the elaboration and application of HCM 308/1953. Due to this standard certificate those fields, that had belonged to particular or juridical persons, were passed on state property, including fields that had been abandoned or not tilled. But this decision contained another aspect: a share constraint for a large number of land owners. This share system was to impoverish, for good, all those considered to be the regime's enemies. The fact that many of these land owners tried to give in their land, not being able to pay their taxes. stands as a proof to this share regime purposes; their approach was rejected. The present research illustrates exactly this situation in Beclean area.
