Aşezarea preistorică de la TÎrgu-Mureş "Cetate" - II

  • Subiect: In 1963 a systematic research took place at Târgu Mureş. From the point called "Cetate" an archaeological material was collected, which carne from the layer of Coţofeni culture. The material contains ceramics. The place is not unknown in the literature of speciality, being mentioned by P.I. Roman and V. Lazăr who gave the complete bibliographical list about this settlement in their Repertory. The discovered archaeological material can be included in the phase late II- early III of the Coţofeni culture.
