Tineri români la şcolile confesionale din Transilvania în secolul al XVIII-lea

  • Subiect: An attentive research of the way the Romanian historiography has treated the matter of the Romanian national movement during the 18th century, brought to light some interesting conclusions. First of all, we can notice that the attention of the historians has especially focused on the elites, on the leaders of the national movement whose biographies and achievements were researched in detail. The second conclusion could be that even the world of the village, the ground of Romanian society from Transylvania, was also researched with much attention. If we consider the Romanian society as a pyramidal structure, we observe that the social category that makes the connection between the elites and population, namely the category of Romanian graduates from Transylvanian Secondary and Higher education, wasn't distinguished enough.
