Activitatea Partidului Comunist Român pentru coalizarea tuturor forţelor politice patriotice în vederea răsturnării dictaturii militaro-fasciste

  • Subiect: Through its policy, Antonescu's dictatorship dissatisfied large social categories and various political groups. Making a scientific analysis of the situation in Rumania, the Communist Party reached the conclusion that in the country existed objective conditions for a coalition of all the political - patriotic forces in view of overthrowing the military-fascist dictatorship. The first significant success of this tactics of the Communist Party, aiming at the coalition of all political-patriotic forces was achieved by the creation of the Anti-Hitleriste People Front, in the summer of 1941. Of a decisive importance for the victory in the liberation struggle of the Romanian people from under the fascist yoke was the creation of the Unique Working Front, in April 1944. On the line of the collaboration with the bourgeois political groupings, for overthrowing Antonescu's dictatorship, is to be mentioned the agreement concluded in May 1944, with the liberal grouping led by Gh. Tătărăscu. The agreement of the Romanian Communist Party with the representatives of the Court and then, with the leaders of the National Peasant Party and with those of the National Liberal Party, in June 1944, has perfected the isolating process of Antonescu's dictatorship. The victory of the armed insurrection fully demonstrated the righteousness of the tactics adopted by the Communist Party. In this light, the historical act of August 23 1944, appears in its plenary greatness as a masterpiece of the whole Romanian people.
