Un nou tip de vas precucutenian de cult

Subiect: The paper presents a type of vessel recently identified at Poduri-Dealul Ghindaru. The peculiarity of this type of vessel consist on the „crown” attached to the upper part: three or four arms are joined over the rim and in the middle of this bridge a small circular aperture in opened, like a second, smaller rim of the vessel. Shreds belonging to this type of pieces were also found in several other Neolithic settlements, being yet impossible up to now to reconstruct the shape of the vessels. Based on the archaeological context of the discoveries the cultural and chronological assignment of this type of vessel is Precucuteni III and Cucuteni A1. Yet, we consider it as a Precucuteni type vessel.
