Subiect: As a result of several surveys, within the area of the village Beţesti, on a place known as Dealul Buruienesti, we identified the remains of a Precucuteni settlement. This short note presents the artefacts retrieved during the field research: pottery fragments, adobe, several stone items and two fragments of anthropomorphic statuettes. Based on the analogies we have for these objects, the settlement can be attributed to the third phase of the Precucuteni culture.
