Subiect: The article is structured into two parts. In the first one, we publish the materials from the surface of nine late Tripolye sites located in the Prut-Dniester interfluve. These settlements belong to different local groups from the Tripolye BII / CI, CI and CII stages and are of certain scientific interest. Worth to be mentioned is the discovery of some miniature clay items, unique or very rare for the territory of the Republic of Moldova, such as a miniature model of a sledge or a human statuette with pieces of clay inserted into an abdominal cavity. In the second part we present an overview of the main stages in the research of late Tripolye sites between Prut and Dniester, with emphasize on the last two decades.
