Subiect: From the urban planning perspective, the city of Piatra-Neamţ experienced big changes at the beginning of the 20th century. The construction, during 1910-1912, of the Administrative Palace, under the close coordination of the architect Ştefan Burcuş, fulfils an old desire of the population living on this town from the Bistriţa Valley. Based on the archive documents, images it is possible to outline a history of this monument. The ex-Administrative Palace remains even 100 years later the most impressive building from Piatra-Neamţ.
