Câteva pricini de judecată din Vâlcea secolelor XVI-XVII

  • Subiect: The purpose of this article is to classify and to present a series of trials that took place between residents of the county of Vâlcea from the 16th and 17th centuries: peasants, boyars and representatives of monasteries. Most of these trials concern due to the right of possession to lands and villages and some last even centuries. Information were extracted from collections of medieval documents (so-called royal charters) and they reveal legal procedures in medieval Romanian Country.
