  • Subiect: In the last decades of the 14th century, the Metropolitans of Ungrovlahia – from Argeş and Severin – also exerted for different periods of time the function of deputies of some vacant eastern metropolitan sees: between October 1370 and after May-before July 1381, Antimos of Severin was also invested Metropolitan of Melytene; between approx. 1372 and 1379-1380 the Metropolitan Hariton from Argeş was also deputy of the Metropolitan of Amaseia; between before July 1381 and after 24 August 1383-before 16 October 1385 the Metropolitan Antimos from Argeş was also deputy for the Metropolitan of Nicomedia; either between 23 November 1381 and before October 1384 either somewhere between the period after October 1384 and before July 1389 the Metropolitan of Severin, whose name we do not know, also exerted the function of deputy of the Metropolitan of Amaseia. Regarding the status of deputies of the Metropolitan of Angyra, exerted by the Metropolitans of Ungrovlahia in the 14th century is excluded.
