Nouvelles opinions sur le développement de la métropolie de l’Ungro-Valachie

Subiect: I started this article asserting that from the beginning Wallachia, in terms of religion, belonged to the Orthodox confession. Initially, the Metropolitan of Wallachia had its headquarters in Vicina. It was only in 1359 when it was moved, but not newly established, into the princely residence of Curtea de Argeş. Therefore, one can conclude that the Metropolitan of Wallachian dates from about 1280, when it emerged at Vicina having Teodor as its first Metropolitan Bishop.
