Sănătatea fizică şi psihică a managerilor

Subiect: The aim of this study is to investigate lifestyle and factors of stress for managers. The second objective of the research is to study how they affect the health managers. The research was done on 130 managers from chemical industry Azomureş. The results obtained are used in making organizational intervention which consists of: the implementation of a healthy lifestyle and reducing professional stressors. The success of any organization consists of care towards employees, insurance professional satisfaction and physical and mental health of them.
