Restaurarea a două mese din lemn cu auritură

Subiect: The two sculpted and gilded wooden tables presented numerous problems as far as the restoration was concerned. The degradations had multiple causes, being produced by the structural modifications of the different materials used in the original execution technique, respectively wood, stucco, bolus and gold leaf, with different evolutions, in time, and alsa by the environmental conditions the items were stored in and by the functional attrition they have been subject to. Therefore, the restoration implied choosing the suitable methods in order to reestablish the equilibrium between the constituent materials and alsa rendering their appearance as clase to the initial one as possible.
