O figurină zoomorfă descoperită în situl eneolitic de la Codreni- „Loturi”, comuna Roşieşti, judeţul Vaslui

  • Subiect: „The zoomorphic figurine with inventory number 10357 (Fig. III) presented in this article was discovered in 2012 in the chalcolithic site Codreni - "Lots", Vaslui County, Romania. Our figurine is representing a ram, probably of the species Ovis orientalis vignei (Fig. IV, B 1). As in most cases, the figurine is fragmentary; a horn as unfortunately has not been preserved, and the top of the left is missing. From anatomically point, is quite well modeled, from a semi-fine clay; after burning it took a yellowish-gray colour. The figurine is part of the category who represents only certain parts of the body, in this case, the head and horns. The dimensions are 3x4,1 cm.”
