Consideraţii aupra aeromicroflorei expoziţiei de bază şi a depozitelor Muzeului de Istorie al Transilvaniei

Subiect: Considerations regarding the microflora of the exhibition and the storages of the Transylvanian Historical Museum The study sets off the role of the bacterial and fungic aeromicroflora in biodeterioration of the exhibits from the museum or from the storages. There are presented the study methods of the aeromicroflora, the results of the searchings performed in the 20 rooms with exhibits and in storage areas. The article shows the way in which the disinfection of the rooms with great bacterial and fungical charge was accomplished, presents the characteristics of the utilized disinfectants and the situation of aeromicroflora in these rooms, after the disinfection.
