Un document (1937)

  • Subiect: A document (1937) Sacrifices made by the inhabitants of the former county of Buzau in the Revolutionary War and the First World War were immortalized and honored by the erection of many monuments through widow's initiative, local authorities or by the organization "Heroes Cult", especially in the interwar period. A document issued by the Buzau Prefecture on January 5, 1937, which we reproduce below, presents a list of these monuments built to that date in the villages of the former Buzau County.
