Aşezarea neolitică de la Gârbău (jud. Cluj)

  • Subiect: The neolithic settlement from Gîrbău, county of Cluj The authors of this study prove, on the basis of archaeological materials coming from several diggings carried out in 1969, that on the "Bobora summit" (fig. 1-2) belonging to the territory of the village Gârbău (fig. 3), in the neighbourhood of Cluj-Napoca, there is not a settlement or a Roman fortification (a Roman camp or a watch-tower-specula) as it was sustained in specialized studies, but a powerful neolithic settlement belonging to the late phase of the Tisa eulture (Tiszapolgar).
