Subiect: In the Cetate commune, Dolj county, was erected a monument in the memory of the heroes from the First World War (1916-1919). The monument was made by the sculptor L. Giorcetti, from Calafat. At School Nr. 3, from the above mentioned commune, there are two marble plaques, realized by Niţă Dumitrescu, from Craiova, on which are written the names of some of the heroes. In the courtyard of the saint Nicholas church from Fântâna Banului village, there were erected three stone crosses, in the memory of three heroes,by their parents.
