Mareşalul Constantin Prezan - un nume de glorie al Corpul 4 armată teritorial de la Cluj

  • Subiect: The Marshall COnstantin Prezan - a name of glory of the territorial army corp no. 4 from Cluj Constantin Prezan was born on January 27, 1861 at Butimanu, Ilfov County. After he graduates the Infantry and Cavalry Schoo1 from Bucharest, in 1880, will follow the The Special Artillery and Genius School from Bucharest, in 1883 and The Application of Artillery and Genius School from Fontainebleau, in 1886. He ascended the steps of the military hierarchy from the sub-lieutenant grade ( 1880) - till the Marshall grade (1930). He activated in Battalion 2 Genius, to the Application of Artillery and Genius School as a teacher helper of fortification, in the Regiment 2 Genius. In 1890 he was delegate of the War Ministry of Germany, and beginning with 1891 he contributed to complete the construction at the "Bucharest Fortress" as a sector chief and then in the Headquarters of the "Bucharest Fortress". In 1896 he was an officer in The Major Royal State and in 1904 commander of the Brigade 13 of Infantry. It will follow the command of the divisions 3 (1910) and 7 infantry (1911), of the corps 3 (1914) and 4 (1914) army, commander of the North Army (1916), of the "Constantin Prezan" army group (Nov. - Dec. 1916), chief of the General Major State (Oct. 1918 - Apr. 1920).
