Mormântul colectiv din perioada timpurie a epocii bronzului de la Costişa (jud. Neamţ)

  • Subiect: The first proofs attesting the existence of some burials at Costişa appeared during the years 1960 and 1962, when a group of tombs were discovered in the northwestern section of the high plateau of "Cetăţuia" (plateau A). Unfortunately, the archaeological documentation about these burials is scarce and our possibilities of dating them are also limited. However we know for sure, due to the position in which one of the deceased lay as well as due to another body's stratigraphic position, that at least two of the eight funeral complexes were prehistoric.
