Subiect: Lately, the Mera Cloister, Vaslui County, was the main preoccupation of the local researches, to which we can identify them in the general studies written in the last years, but they are not valuing enough the results of the local researches. Mera a former village on the Şacovăţ creek, was situated between the villages Drăgeşti and Coticul. Sometimes the Mera Cloister is appearing as a village belonging from an administrative point of view by Fundului district.
