Subiect: Nowadays, when our country has become a member of the European Union, we consider that it is important to reveal moments from the history of the Union which are Jess discussed in the bibliography. Our work presents briefly Earl Richard Coudenhove Kallergi ' s project and also that of Aristide Briand, emphasizing the common points of view considered by us as being relevant.
