  • Subiect: One of the key dimensions governing position in a given society of ethnic and/or national is, unquestionably, the status that it plays in legally. Legal type centrality of this position is that it cannot devote the institutional basis and other employment statuses in political, economic, social or cultural by a minority nationality in our case. How the laws of a state, in a certain sequence chronotope, formalises the presence, role and position of a nation is to secure evidence social scientists in the field of general appreciation of the relationship established from majority with minority.
