Documente inedite privind istoria schitului Gologofta şi a moşiilor din jur

  • Subiect: Hermitage Gologofta, also known under the names Huşeni or Balica, dates from the second half of the seventeenth century. The present church was built of wood in 1774 by Ghenadie Cazimir, who will become abbot. Hermitage originally of monks, will be transformed because of the founder's desire into a nuns one. Hermitage has a number of estates and parts of estates allong with church foundations on the current perimeter of the village lvăneşti that will spawn various processes. Church becomes a parish by the abolishing law of a number of convents and monasteries, given in 1860 by the Alexandru Ioan Cuza. The documents that we publish are unique and they enlight the evolution of the hermitage and its properties.
