Relaţiile politice româno-bulgare de la tratatul de pace de la Bucureşti din 1913 la intrarea Bulgariei şi României în primul război mondial (1913-1914)

  • Subiect: Once the Peace from Bucharest was signed, in the Balkan Peninsula the weapons were silenced and replaced by diplomatic negotiations in order to maintain the fragile guarantee of respecting, mainly, the borders agreed by the parties that participated at the Second Balkan War. It should be noted that the Great Powers have patronized the works of the Bucharest Peace Conference from August 1913, but they did not sign the final act. The nonimplication from the legally point of view of the great international actors has questioned the durability of the political understandings assumed by the former belligerent states.
