  • Subiect: „Another historiographical theme approached by Ioachim Crăciun involves the history of book and libraries in the Romanian area. He chose this topic, extremely related to bibliology, guided by the practicai needs of his academic courses. His qualities as a researcher were about to be highlighted by the studies dedicated to this subject, which were edited both in the interwar period and during the communist regime. Therefore, we may notice the issues approached in dealing with some topics from the history of old Romanian books. Throughout a long and impressive career as a researcher of the Romanian book, the historian from Cluj leaves behind a valuable historiographical discourse.”
