- Subiect: Constantin Brancoveanu – succesor in promoting the Romanian literary language. A volume of the Cantacuzino's Bible in the conservation lab The Bucharest Bible (printed in 1688) is a text of major importance for the Romanian culture, as the first Bible written in the Romanian language, as a compilation from multiple sources but mainly based on the Old Testament ‘Milescu’ version.
