  • Subiect: Bread, which is to be found in the oldest religious traditions, belongs to the large cult of fertility of the earth. It is attached to the idea of manna as the essential element of life. It is also connected to the worry of the marrow as a magic act through preventive rituals. For the believers it is a symbolic element too, which sends messages from the gone people to our world. The ritual preparation of bread is the essence of any symbolic meaning including the superstitions. The bread is the sign of man's deep holiness, and it represents a sign of the sedentary element valorisation, strongly printed in the cult of mother-goodness, the origin of a lot of symbols.
