Evoluţia relaţiilor româno-sovietice în anii 1928-1929

  • Subiect: The evolution of romanian-soviet relations, 1928-1929 In the article entitled „The Evolution of Romanian-Soviet Relations, 1928-1929", M. C. Stănescu and D. Tuţu analyse the circumstances in which there was signed the Moscow Treaty, in 9th February 1929, known as the Litvinov Protocol. On the basis of some archive documents and of the contemporary press, the authors present the relations among the European states in the years 1927-1928, the conditions in which there was signed the Brian-Kellogg Treaty, as well as the adherence of Romania and the U.S.S.R. to this treaty.
