  • Subiect: Problems and approaches to maps In this article I present some types of degradation encountered on old and modern maps and their resolution. For example: degradation due to the use of glues such as bone clay or pre-glue, scotch, acid ink stains or map varnishes. I also show the steps of how to solve each problem that we encounter here. As a warning, we do not use materials that can do more damage instead of solving a problem.
