Activitatea organizaţiei Partidului Naţional Român din judeţul Făgăraş în perioada 1919-1923

  • Subiect: Activity of the Roumanian National Party Organization of Făgăraş County during 1919-1923 In this study we intend to analyze how the first three parliamentary elections campaign were held in Făgăraş county, namely the participation of the Roumanian National Party organization in this county in parliamentary election in 1919, 1920 and 1922, the first elections after the Great Union. These elections were deployed in accordance with electoral law adopted by the Grand National Council of Transylvania in Sibiu, in July 1919, sanctioned, then by King Ferdinand. There were some differences between this law and the one from the Old Kingdom, one of wich is Article 46 wich provided that if there is one candidate is a constituency, he was declared elected without being deployed the elections.
