Haiducia ca formă de evaziune a ţăranilor români din Transilvania la începutul epocii moderne

  • Subiect: Brigand as a form of evasion of romanian peasants from Transylvania at the beginning of the modern age The article that we proposed here is one of a great interest and presents another side of outlawry, or looting. The main idea of this research is to prove that the image of the outlaw that fights against the rich and power to defend the poor and to serve the justice is an overated image. It is true that they used to share the loot with other people, but most of those beneficiars were those people who provide them information and shelter. The mith of Robin Hood is not actualy real. The other idea that we want to dig out is that this type of life (an rogue life) is not welcomed by those who choose to run from the authorities and organised themselves into parties to fight for justice. They are always trying to find a way to return to the initial state, as a father or a son.
