Descoperiri monetare aparţinând secolului al XVIII-lea şi primei jumătăţi a secolului al XIX-lea, pe teritoriul judeţului Argeş

  • Subiect: Coin Discoveries From the XVIIIth Century and The First Half of The XIXth Century, on The Territory of Argeş County Records of the currency during the XVIIIth century and the first half of the XIXth century, are given by the isolated discoveries, coin hoards and coins from the archaeological excavations. The discoveries so far revealed on the Argeş County’s limits, show a typical situation, in which prevail the Otoman coins, followed by the Austrian and Ragusan ones. There are also exceptions in certain coin hoards, containing coins from Russia, the Low Countries and German states such as Saxony and Bavaria.
