Subiect: This study briefly presents three industrial centres from which originate several modern-age decorative items from the heritage of the National Museum of Transylvanian History (NMTH), dating from the last decades of the nineteenth century and the first decades of the twentieth century. These artefacts highlight important aesthetic trends from this period, specific to the decorative arts in the Central European cultural area.
