Abordări statistice în studiul leucemiilor acute din judeţul Harghita

  • Subiect: The study included 20 years of study, before and after Chernobyl accident took place. It is a cohort study type with ecologic impact. Our sample was made by 122 patients from Harghita district, diagnosed with acute leukemia. Statistical analyses were based on relative risk evaluation, also confidence interval, both estimated with Chi2 test. Results: We didn’t show up an association risk factor-illness with statistical significance, though we observed a relative growth in acute leukemia incidence in rural areas, in the first post-accident period of study (1986-1988), and in the rest of the time the trend was backwards.
