Tratamentul laparoscopic al sterilităţii feminine de cauză tubară non-ocluzivă

  • Subiect: Tuboperitoneal factors are implicated in up to 40% of infertility couples. In the presence of complete distal tubal occlusion, where pregnancy outcome is significantly reduced, IVF offers a greater chance of success. Laparoscopic microsurgery continues to be the mainstay of therapy for the treatment of non- occlusive tubal infertility. Unfortunately, most studies have included patients with distal obstructions in their analysis. Consequently, it has been difficult to identify the contribution of isolated surgical findings in tubal infertility. We prospectively followed a group of infertility patients with distal tubal disease managed laparoscopically to test the following hypotheses: bilateral disease has a worse prognosis compared to unilateral disease; tubo-ovarian adhesios have a negative impact on pregnancy outcome; other infertility factors have negative effect on pregnancy outcome
