Măsuri de prevenţie secundară dupa revascularizaţia chirurgicală a miocardului

  • Subiect: The aim of this paper is to review the existing data on therapy for the patients exposed to coronary artery bypass surgery. Secondary prevention is referring both to medical therapy and hygienic and dietary life style. At the moment the certain benefit for those patients is the ACE inhibitors, antiagreggant and hypolypemiant therapy; no guidelines are available on using the beta blockers, ACE inhibitors, statines, platelets antiagreggants and anticoagulants, only therapeutically recommendations.
