Acţiunile revoluţionare ale minerilor de la Aghireş (Şorecani) din anii 1929-1932

  • Subiect: Our study presents the struggle of the miners from Aghireş (Şorecani) who in the vears of economic crisis made important steps on their way to politica! maturity and under the leadership of the communists organized severa! actions against the policy of the ruling classes who tried to overcome the crisis on the shoulders of the working masses. Beginning with the first years of the economic crisis, the capitalist exploitation strengthened. At the same time, however, also the radicalization of the miner and peasant masses from the Aghireş coal field grew stronger, who joining the large front of the Rumanian working class, marked an evident leftward shifting, and fighting to get rid of the influence of some reformist leaders who were at the head of the local trade-unions, continually drew nearer the Rumanian Communist Party who succeeded to take over the leadership of the revolutionary struggle of the miners.
