„Reforma" din 1852 a cancelariilor isprăvniciilor ţinutale (Moldova) iniţiată de Mihail Kogălniceanu

Subiect: The article approaches a less known or even generally neglected aspect of Mihail Kogălniceanu's activity as Director of the Moldavian Inner Department in the years 1851-1852. "Reform of the chancelleries of the counties administrations" proposed by Mihail Kogălniceanu and sanctioned by the hospodar în 1952 proved the high archival outlook of the well-known political man.
