  • Subiect: A very important part of the juridical reglementations in the Romanian Countries was to fix the limits of land properties during the centuries numerous trials were of cadastral type. In order to solve them, in the beginning the customary law was esed: later the Byzantian right whose provisions were largely accepted on this territory was adopted and starting with the 17th century original Romanian juridical text, with exact cadastral reglementations issued.
