Subiect: Historical and architectural monuments of the former Râmnicu Sărat county Among the numerous sights of the city and the former county Râmnicu Sărat, the ones that stand out are the Administrative Palace ( 1895-1898), the former convent founded by Brâncoveanu (1891-1897), in which the Municipal Museum operates, the former prison where leading figures of interwar Romanian politics and culture suffered, the former Secondary School „Vasile Boerescu", the churches in Râmnic, the church of the former Băbeni monastery, the former monastery in Dediuleşti and the church in Drăgheşti.
